We will address your concerns and correct unwanted results within 2 weeks of your appointment. Keep in mind, this is not an opportunity to receive a new service due to changing your mind. ABOUT OUR PRICING

Our genderless price structure may be a little different than what you have experienced before. Service pricing is based on time required, difficulty of technique, and product usage. Each individual stylist’s price point is based on reputation, experience, and demand.

Haircut or style prices are based on length and density for short, medium, or long hair. Additional charges may be added for additional time required.

Using this system, each of our stylists base their pricing on their tier. We use an innovative software to provide you with a transparent breakdown of the final price based on their time and the products they used. That way there are no surprises! How our stylists price

Bespoke Beauty Loft has teamed up with an innovative Canadian company, SalonScale.

Each member of our team will charge for color services based on their tier and use the SalonScale software to create a completely transparent cost breakdown of the products they used. You only pay for the product that was used.

If extra time is needed due to excess length or density, additional time charges will be added and the additional product usage will be reflected in the SalonScale charge.

Our Team wants the best for you, and we feel this provides you, the client, a better understanding of our pricing.

Any questions about pricing can be discussed in a consultation and a concierge member would be happy to help you.

First Time Consultations

Why we require consultations for all first time color clients

Your service is as individual as you are. In order to fully customize your experience, we need to meet you! Seeing your hair in person, discussing your goals, and reviewing inspiration pictures allows your stylist to determine the best technique required for your service. During this consultation, your stylist is able to book an appropriate amount of time for your color service. You will be able to discuss maintenance schedules and at home care, all while keeping your budget in mind. Establishing trust is important to us, and this conversation ensures that this is the right fit for you. Having this consultation prior to your first appointment will help you reach the end results and look you want to achieve.

During your initial consultation, it is very important to be completely transparent about your hair history. Not doing so could result in dangerous chemical reactions that could be irreversible. Please inform your stylist if you have a history of over-processed hair, if you are taking medications that bond to the hair, if you have used at-home color of any kind (metallic dyes, salts, mineral, henna or vegetable dyes), or permed or relaxed hair. It is our responsibility to provide a consultation that is thorough. However, it is the client’s responsibility to be forthcoming about their COMPLETE hair history. If you are unsure if any of your history or medicines could affect your color, please consult your physician. We are not licensed medical professionals. Any resulting damage caused by not divulging hair history is not the responsibility of the stylist or salon.

Loyalty Program

Bespoke Beauty Loft offers a loyalty program. Earn bonus points for referring friends and family, for booking future appointments, and for every dollar spent on products and services. Points can be redeemed on future services or product purchases. To check your current point balance, check the bottom of your receipt or ask a concierge member.

Children

As much as we love kiddos, their safety is our number one concern. We would prefer you arrange childcare for your children other than your child attending their own appointment. Hair salons can be a dangerous place for children. There are chemicals, hot tools, sharp objects; and it only takes a second for an accident to happen. Our clientele is visiting us for self care and many of them have little ones at home as well. We want to respect their “me time.”

Guests

If you bring a guest with you for your hair appointment that is not receiving a service, there may be a possibility that they will be asked to stay in the reception area. Our service area is designed to give our clients receiving services the environment to relax, recharge, and refuel. Want to experience it yourself? Client Behavior

We pride ourselves in creating an inclusive, caring, and inviting atmosphere for all of our patrons. We welcome people from all walks of life and ask that you respect the other clients experiencing our salon. Inappropriate conversation, foul language, bullying, hateful and discriminatory speech will not be tolerated. If this is observed, you may be asked to leave the salon, and no refund will be provided. If you have a concern, please inform your stylist or a member of the team.

Tardiness

If you are running late for your appointment, please call to inform us. We will do our best to accommodate you in the time allotted. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may have to be abbreviated or rescheduled completely. This is to ensure that stylists do not feel rushed and other patrons’ experiences are not disrupted. Your time is just as valuable; if we are running behind, we will notify you as well.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact the salon at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If insufficient notice is given, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Some services, such as our Bespoke experiences, bridal parties, etc. may require a 50% deposit upon booking.
